KJL Online Legal Update - Search certificates under the Land and Business (Sale and Conveyancing) Act 1994 - ‘section 7 searches’

We are pleased to offer a 1.5 hour online professional development seminar for council officers who work with search requests and the preparation of certificates requested by vendors for the sale of land under the Land and Business (Sale and Conveyancing) Act 1994.

Our seminar will cover council roles and responsibilities, mandatory information required for search certificates from councils, how to manage enquiries concerning enforcement notices, orders and other information disclosed on a search certificate and the provision of additional, relevant information to vendors.

The session will be delivered by Victoria Shute and will be held via Teams on Wednesday 14 May 2025 from 12.30pm to 2.00pm.
