She joins the team after almost a decade of experience practising law in South Australia, Queensland and New South Wales. Her focus has always been planning, development, environmental, governance, and property law, acting for both the private sector, as well as State and local government entities.
Cecilia previously held an independent position on a development assessment panel, and has regularly advocated for State government related entities, councils, statutory authorities and not-for-profit organisations in all South Australian jurisdictions. Cecilia is known for her frank and fearless approach to solving problems with strategic yet pragmatic solutions.
